Returns and Refunds Policy
Return and exchange policy:
Returns and exchanges are possible for customer convenience.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to return the product within 3 days of receiving it.
Please feel free to contact us via the "CONTACT" page on rehpic.jp.
When contacting us, please include the following information: courier delivery slip number, order number, name, and reason for return/exchange.
We will send you a confirmation and return instructions email within 2 business days.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
・Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago
- Products that have been used, altered, washed or dry cleaned
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
*Procedures and precautions for returns and exchanges
- Please fill out the returns card that was sent to you with the product.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us by email and include a photo of the defective part.
・Customers are responsible for shipping costs for return shipments.
In case of defective products, we will accept cash on delivery.
In case of exchange
In stock: We will ship the item you wish to exchange within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Out of stock: Items that are scheduled to be restocked can be exchanged, but items that are not scheduled to be restocked can be returned.
※About refunds
After receiving the returned item, we will check the condition of the item within 3 business days.
The transfer will be made to the designated account stated on the return card within 3 business days of confirmation.
*The refund amount will be deducted from the refund amount minus the 3.4% order amount fee incurred at the time of ordering and the shipping costs incurred to ship the product to you.
